The Power And The Importance Of Trust: Judith E. Glaser

Late last year we had the privilege of sharing a conversation with Judith E. Glaser, author and organisational anthropologist who spent 35 years working with neuroscientific research about how our brains work when we are in conversation with each other.

Her work is termed ‘Conversational Intelligence’®.  In 2016 it was selected by Forbes as one of the top trends in business, and in 2017 Microsoft identified it as a ‘century game changer’.

Judith’s life’s work has been in the area of human communication; how we connect with each other through conversation and how to shape those conversations to dramatically improve the quality of connection, relationships and outcomes.  In this interview, Judith shares some of the principles underlying her work.

If you are curious about the potential of your conversations to build trust, prime for partnership and improve the positive neurochemical impact of conversations, then we invite you click on the link below.
