Colm is a Master Accredited coach with a Doctorate in Team Coaching and over 20 years coaching experience across the public and private sectors. Combining his executive experience in Deloitte and Symantec Corporation with his expertise in high performance teams and systemic team coaching, Colm helps teams have important conversations that lead to clarity and commitment on team purpose, team dynamics and team success through challenging, experiential and insightful team coaching.

Colm coaches at a psychological level, believing change is sustained only when it is embedded into our thinking, feeling and doing. He approaches his coaching relationships, one to one and teams, with empathy, vulnerability and humour. Colm’s experience of building a safe working alliance and being skilled in exploring and challenging long-held, and potentially limiting, perspectives makes him a powerful coaching partner.

Colm is a member of the faculty at Smurfit Executive Development, University College Dublin, where he teaches on team performance, leadership and coaching. He is also a member of faculty for the Academy of Executive Coaching.
